MyMulti Tickets

Ideal for: Customers who frequently travel on buses, trains and/or ferries

A recent announcement was made regarding changes to MyMulti travel conditions for Ferry customers. From September 1, MyMulti tickets will change to create a more consistent fare structure for multi-mode travel across Sydney. The ferry component of MyMulti tickets will change to align with the distance band structure applied to MyFerry customers.

From 1 September 2013, if customers normally purchase a MyMulti 1 for use on a ferry, customers will now need to purchase a MyMulti 2 or MyMulti 3 depending on the distance of the ferry journey.

MyMulti tickets offer the best value to commuters travelling regularly on more than one public transport service. These tickets allow for unlimited travel on all private and government buses, ferries and CityRail services.

The three MyMulti ticket options allow for unlimited use of Hillsbus service and varying train travel distances within zones of the CityRail network. To determine which MyMulti ticket to buy, please check the train zone which you are travelling to and from using the MyMulti zone map.
