Charterplus was established in March 2008 to centralise the booking, operation and customer relations of all group & school charters, corporate services and special events for ComfortDelGro Cabcharge's Hills District depots. In January 2009, the rest of the Sydney Metropolitan operations joined the centralisation. It was envisaged that the CDC group would be able to offer more cost effective quoting and return more competitive prices to our customers.

Operating its own fleet of 15 buses, Charterplus also assists CDC’s Sydney based 810 buses with short transfers, all day charters and long distance charters. We have access to all different styles and sizes of buses from 30 seat midi buses to 80 seat high capacity bendy-buses. You can also request buses with air-conditioning, luggage boots, seat belts and wheelchair accessibility. We even have access to coaches.

For events such as the Royal Easter Show, Sydney Swans games, State of Origin and other events held at Sydney Olympic Park which requirer major event route buses, CDC operates the below routes:

• 3 - Marsfield – Sydney Olympic Park
• 5A - Castle Hill – Sydney Olympic Park
• 5B - Rouse Hill – Sydney Olympic Park
• 8 - Dural – Sydney Olympic Park

CDC also provide rail buses to replace trains for track work purposes.
